These terms and conditions govern the purchase of tickets for the Ken and Glenn Show event ("Event") produced by Client Solution Innovations. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms:

1. Ticket Purchase: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets are transferable to another individual upon notification to Client Solution Innovations. However, the transfer should be communicated in writing at least seven (7) days prior to the event.

2. Credits for Future Events: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as event cancellation, date change, or other issues beyond our control, Client Solution Innovations reserves the right to issue a credit for the full ticket price to be used towards a future event produced by Client Solution Innovations.

3. Event Changes: Client Solution Innovations reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, venue, or any other aspect of the event without prior notice. Attendees will be notified of any significant changes via email or other means of communication.

4. Attendance Confirmation: Tickets are valid only for the named ticket holder and are subject to verification upon entry. Attendees must present a valid government-issued photo ID along with their ticket for admission.

5. Recording and Photography: By attending the Ken and Glenn Show event, you consent to be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. Client Solution Innovations reserves the right to use any such recording for promotional or marketing purposes.

6. Code of Conduct: Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times during the event. Client Solution Innovations reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates this code of conduct without refund.

7. Force Majeure: Client Solution Innovations shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of its obligations under these terms if such failure or delay results from events, circumstances, or causes beyond its reasonable control.

8. Communication: All communication regarding the Ken and Glenn Show event, including changes, updates, and other relevant information, will be sent to the email address provided during the ticket purchase process. It is the attendee's responsibility to regularly check their email for such communications.

By purchasing a ticket for the Ken and Glenn Show event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Client Solution Innovations reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
